THE CHALLENGE: Take everything we’ve learned over the years about increasing user engagement and conversions, and synthesize them into the highest performing donation form possible, while maintaining the configurability our customers have come to expect.
THE Project
Over years of experience, we had a laundry list of requirements for our new donation form, that would include increasing conversions, maintaining configurability, and other features our customers required. Some of these include:​

Configurability: dynamic design, quick checkout options, suggested donation amounts, custom fields, optional tributes and e-cards, and more.

Analytics: A/B testing, conversion rates and contingencies, heat maps, and more.

Compliance: PCI, fraud protection, accessibility, and others.

International: multi-currency, multiple processor support, multi-language support.

While what we came up with was more iterative than groundbreaking, it was including so many features and configurability while keeping a simple and intuitive experience that was the main challenge.
